Step 3: Planning and deliver

I manage planning, supplier coordination, and event flow from start to finish. On the day, everything is handled calmly and professionally so the event runs exactly as it should.

The booking retainer secures your date and covers the initial planning, research, and coordination required to establish a clear event plan. Work begins once it is received.

Events can be quoted as an all-in estimate (including typical venue and supplier costs) or as a planning fee plus event budget, depending on your preference and how the venue structures payments.

Yes. Clients typically pay venues and suppliers directly. If I manage third-party suppliers on your behalf, the coordination fee applies to those managed costs.

Yes. Clients often pay venues and suppliers directly. If I manage third-party suppliers on your behalf, the coordination fee applies to those managed supplier costs.

Where third-party suppliers are sourced and managed on your behalf (such as entertainment, styling, AV, or staffing), a 15% coordination fee applies to those managed supplier costs.
